1Why should I install a central vacuum? What are the benefits of a central vacuum compared to an upright vacuum?
Installing a central vacuum can be very beneficial for many reasons, one of which is that it creates a clean and healthy environment for your loved ones. Many people take their home's air for granted and assume it is safe, clean, and breathable. The problem is that the air in our homes can be more polluted than the air outdoors. Central vacuums eliminate 100% of all vacuumed dirt, dust, and allergens, creating a healthier home with cleaner indoor air. Upright vacuums, on the other hand, recycle vacuumed dust and allergens back into the air. Most portable vacuum cleaners need to be replaced every year whereas central vacuum systems, once installed, can last you almost a lifetime. All you need to worry about is its regular maintenance.

3Do you sell other materials not listed on your site?

4I want to return or exchange my order, what do I do?
As long as you did not open the items, you may return or exchange them. Simply let us know and we will accommodate you. See our return policy for more information.
5I want to cancel or modify my order, what do I do?
Orders placed online can be canceled or modified as long as the order has not been shipped yet. When an order is shipped, a shipping confirmation message is sent to your email. If you did not get your shipping confirmation email, you may contact us and request to cancel or modify your order.
6How do I know if my order has been shipped yet?
When we ship / fulfill an order, an automated email is sent out out to the email address you provided. The email will include the details of the items that were shipped as well as the tracking number if available. When in doubt, always contact us.
7What is the comparison with pricing between a central vacuum system and a portable vacuum?
Portable vacuums can be costly as the lifetime of a vacuum is limited to one to two years. Installing a central vacuum may require a little bit of an investment in the beginning, but will result in a 10- to 20-year life span difference from purchasing a portable vacuum, as well as a substantial amount of money will be saved.
8What is the life span of a central vacuum compared to a portable vacuum?
Central vacuum systems last longer than portable vacuum cleaners, because its powerful motor is three times stronger than a standard upright vacuum motor. Unlike portable vacuum cleaners, a central vacuum motor lasts longer, allowing it to do its primary job, which is to provide strong suction through the network of pipes and into the hose.
9What if I need replacement parts and accessories?
Most Beam and Electrolux central vacuums have warranties that last up to 15 years, depending on the model of the vacuum, which cover the power circuit board and the motor. If you do require any additional parts, visit us and we will order them if we do not have them in stock. As for accessories, we have a wide variety of floor brushes, crevice tools, hose covers, pet grooming accessories, and other parts. Our friendly staff is here to assist you with all your central vacuum needs.
10What types of warranties are offered on the Beam Cleaning Packages?
Beam Cleaning Packages have warranties for two to five years, depending on the type of package purchased. This covers all electronic components, but does not include wear and tear of items.
